"SCAM ALERT. I signed up and purchased State Farm insurance online, paid for it with my credit card and received a confirmation email. The next day I get a call from this location and the lady on the phone tells me I need to give some information to complete the process for validating my rental insurance. At first I think scam, but she repeats all my personal information and I confirmed the number. She just reads back some policy info to me and says she needs my credit card number. I give it to her and get a second confirmation email which I thought was weird but she assured me up and down that she needed to open the policy by phone, that what I did online was not sufficient. At the end of the month I get billed twice for my renters insurance, there are two separate accounts opened in my name. I call them and tell them to close one of the accounts, I get a rude guy on the phone telling me "I DON'T GOTTA DO NOTHING FOR YOU, YOU OPENED TWO ACCOUNTS IT'S YOUR FAULT" and hangs up. They scammed me into opening two accounts, then refused to close the second one they opened. I had to call corporate and get the run around before someone finally called me back and said they could close the account and refund my money. The lady from corporate knew this location by name and said they do that to increase their sales numbers to make quotas. Idk how this is allowed to go on, it's an actual scam they're running and probably get away with for some of their victims who don't notice. Do not do business with these shady people! I refuse to get any policy with State Farm ever again because they seemed to be complicit, they didn't think it was a big deal and just said they would "talk to" the guy who hung up. If this happened to you, report them to the Department of Insurance."

"Lisa at state farm out of altoma is the greatest person then at this office for over fifteen years.The only reason i'm still there.It's because of lisa.I don't even live in the area.Anymore, i'm two hours away, and she still handles all my stuff.I wouldn't go anywhere else she works like this is her office like she is the owner.
